MSc Management is best understood as "MBA Lite" — designed specifically for fresh graduates (0–2 years of work experience) who want a general management degree before entering consulting, Big 4, or graduate trainee programs. It's the most common business Master's in Europe and the closest equivalent to what a US MBA does for experienced managers. GMAT not required at most institutions
