From offer letter to boarding the flight
Four phases between accepting your offer and landing abroad. Your Noida counsellor owns each one — no hand-offs to a separate visa team, no surprise paperwork. Country-specific rules vary; the framework is the same.
After you accept your offer and pay the deposit, the university issues the CAS (UK) or unconditional offer (Ireland) that triggers your visa application. Typically 2–3 weeks. Your counsellor coordinates directly with the university's international office.
You show tuition + living-cost funds — held in the right format and held the right length of time (28 days for the UK, 6 months for Ireland). We prepare bank statements, education-loan sanction letters and FD documentation in the formats UKVI and INIS actually accept.
Online application at gov.uk (UK) or AVATS (Ireland), visa fee + IHS where applicable, biometrics booked at VFS Global India. We pre-fill the application with your CAS / offer, TB test certificate (if required) and ATAS clearance — covering the common rejection causes upfront.
UK Home Office decisions in ~3 weeks (priority) or 8 weeks (standard); Ireland D-visa typically 4–8 weeks. We run a credibility-interview prep call, accommodation and SIM-card guidance, and a pre-departure briefing before you fly.
